The "photovoltaic-storage-charging-flexible·coordinated interaction" low-voltage distribution network demonstration project in Fushan Dukou Village was officially completed on July 20, 2024, and entered operational status after final debugging on July 26. Addressing issues such as difficult photovoltaic consumption, local overvoltage, unbalanced transformer load rate, challenges in new energy vehicle charging, and low reliability of low-voltage power supply in the transformer area, the E9361-C0 distributed power comprehensive control's overvoltage management strategy, photovoltaic-storage-charging-flexible coordinated control strategy, and fault outage strategy effectively resolved the problems of overvoltage and low voltage qualification rate in the transformer area. The number of overvoltage households decreased from an average of 500 per day to 50, and the voltage qualification rate increased from 88% to 98%.

The E9361-C0 Distributed Power Integrated Control Terminal has been applied in the Yunnan Power Dispatch's scientific project "Key Technologies for Large-scale Distributed New Energy Integration into Distribution Network Operation," with hundreds of terminals deployed in Yiliang County, Kunming. The terminal communicates with the Southern Power Grid dispatch master station via a plug-and-play Cloud-Edge Fusion Protocol (CEP protocol), achieving remote signaling, telemetry, remote control, and remote adjustment (four-remote communication) functions for grid connection points and distributed power sources on the service channel. Through the precise regulation algorithm of AGC/AVC, it can quickly respond to the master station's group adjustment and group control commands, reducing power backfeed issues and improving power supply reliability. On the management channel, remote operation and maintenance functions for the terminal are achieved through container management, APP management, and file management.

The intelligent dispatch command system of Hebei Jizhong New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. has integrated 15 substations, 64 distributed photovoltaic power stations, and 10MW electrochemical energy storage. By installing the E9361-C0 Distributed Power Integrated Control Terminal at the station, the "Four Capabilities" connectivity has been achieved. The terminal supports multiple communication protocols, including IEC101, IEC103, IEC104, Modbus, DL/T1376.2, DL/T645, and DL/T698, enabling the integration of devices such as measurement and control units, comprehensive management units, meters, anti-islanding protection, and micro-meteorological sensors. This provides panoramic perception of grid connection points, inverters, energy storage, and other terminal equipment at the station.
