The project facilitates the refined management of 250,000 archives through its intelligent archive management system. By utilizing RFID technology for precise positioning and rapid identification, it significantly enhances archive management efficiency: inventory time is reduced from three months to 30 minutes, retrieval time is shortened from 30 minutes to 3 minutes, achieving efficient workflow and transforming traditional archive management into digital and intelligent operations.

It is China's first truss-type unmanned archive warehouse with multi-manipulator collaborative operation, where three manipulators achieve fully unmanned operation throughout the archive process, with single-volume access taking only 60-90 seconds. Meanwhile, the system relies on digital twin technology to replicate the warehouse scene at a 1:1 scale, integrates "Ten-Protection" monitoring, collects over 20 environmental parameters in real-time, and builds a comprehensive intelligent monitoring system for all parameters. This project achieves a leap from digital to unmanned archive management, providing an innovative model for the intelligentization of government archives.

The intelligent unmanned warehouse of Tianqiao District Cadre Personnel Archive Service Center adopts a smart archive management system integrated with supporting truss manipulators, RFID box-positioning compact shelves, smart archive fixed shelves, smart certificate cabinets, and other technologies to achieve full-process traceability management for cadre personnel archives, retirement (historical) archives, scattered archives, and certificates in terms of flow, transfer, handover, and reception. Combined with the "Ten-Protection" management for archives, it records, manages, and analyzes archive information, temperature and humidity, and environmental equipment information in the warehouse, creating an intelligent benchmark warehouse for district-level cadre personnel archives.
